What you see
A square ceiling panel with air outlets and a central return grille, with the indoor equipment above the ceiling. The Mitsubishi Electric SLZ-M is a compact four-way cassette example.
What needs checking
Ceiling construction, available void, support, drainage and pipe routes all need assessment. A ceiling-grid size alone does not confirm that the equipment will fit.
Think about the layout below
Coordinate the unit with lights, partitions and furniture. Leave safe access for filter cleaning, drainage checks and repairs; do not build permanent fittings beneath the service position.
Plan around your business
We discuss occupancy, working hours, existing equipment, access restrictions and any proposed layout changes. If work needs to be phased or carried out outside trading hours, agree the programme and any extra costs in advance. No interruption-free installation is promised.
Care after handover
Ask about a maintenance plan based on equipment, operating hours and the environment. The quotation should define the visits, scope and exclusions. Cooling and heating design, fresh-air requirements and any specialist process loads need to be assessed as separate parts of the brief.
