A clear starting point.
Ongoing care you can plan.

Before taking over the maintenance of an existing system, we establish what equipment is on site and its condition. That gives you a clear picture of what you have, any work needed and how we can look after it going forward.

Our service contract model

Three steps to ongoing maintenance.

Assess, label
and record.

The initial visit involves more work than a routine maintenance visit, so it costs more. We price it according to the size of your site, the equipment, access requirements and the time needed on site.

  • Identify and label the air conditioning equipment within the agreed assessment scope.
  • Create an equipment register recording its location and key details.
  • Assess its condition and highlight faults or work identified.

We confirm the scope and charging basis before the visit, including any servicing to be carried out at that stage.

Agree any work
needed for takeover.

If work is needed to bring the system into a suitable condition for us to take it on, we explain the findings and provide a separate quotation for your approval.

We make clear which work is required before takeover and which items are recommendations. Once the agreed work is completed, we confirm the equipment and maintenance scope to be covered.

Remedial work is separately priced and only carried out with your approval.

Continue at your
agreed contract rate.

With the equipment recorded and accepted onto the plan, we move to scheduled maintenance at your agreed ongoing contract rate.

Your quotation sets out the equipment covered, visit frequency, included work and price. The contract rate applies while your service contract remains active, in line with its agreed terms.

Repairs and work outside the agreed maintenance scope are quoted separately.

Why is the first visit more expensive? It includes the initial assessment, labelling and equipment records needed to set up your plan. Routine contract visits then focus on the agreed ongoing maintenance.

Before we begin

Clear expectations.

Can you take over equipment you did not install?

Yes. We start with an initial assessment and confirm whether the equipment is suitable for our service plan, including any work needed before takeover.

Does the initial visit include a full service?

The initial visit covers the assessment and setup work described in your quotation. We confirm any servicing included before the visit, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Are repairs included in the contract price?

Your quotation defines the maintenance included. Remedial work needed before takeover, and repairs outside that agreed scope, are quoted separately for approval.

How is the ongoing price agreed?

We base your maintenance quotation on the equipment covered, site requirements and agreed visit schedule. Your contract rate applies for the agreed term while the contract remains active. If it ends or lapses, we confirm the scope and price before further work.
