Before we get started

Your questions,
considered.

Clear information helps you plan with confidence.

Where should the indoor and outdoor units go?

The survey is the right time to look at both. We’ll discuss room layout, airflow, outdoor access and the route between the units, so the installation makes sense as a whole.

What happens during installation?

The work depends on your home and the system. We’ll discuss access, drilling, pipe routes, electrical requirements and working areas before the installation, so you know what to prepare for.

Is the online estimate a final quotation?

No. It is a starting point for planning a home installation. A site assessment and a written quotation confirm the equipment, scope and price for your property.

Can you look after an existing system?

Yes. Send us the make and model if you have them, your location and a brief description of what you need. We can discuss a service visit or assessment.

A clear way forward

Good advice. A considered installation.
Care for the years ahead.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Start with your space.

Tell us how you use it, what you want to improve and where you are. We’ll help you work out the next step.

02 / PLAN

Make the details clear.

Discuss equipment, unit positions, pipe routes and access before deciding how the work should proceed.

03 / LOOK AFTER

Keep it cared for.

Ask about servicing, planned maintenance and the information you’ll need to look after your system.

A practical next step

Let’s talk about your home.

Tell us where you are, what the space is used for and what you need from your air conditioning.
