Air conditioning
repairs.

When your system is leaking, making an unusual noise or struggling to heat or cool, start with a clear assessment of the problem.

Discuss a repair ↗

We agree the investigation scope, charge and availability before booking. Further repairs may need a separate quotation and visit.

Help with existing equipment

From a room at home
to business premises.

Tell us about your wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, ducted or other air conditioning system. Share the make and model if available, including equipment installed by another company. We’ll confirm whether we can support the system before arranging a visit.

For business premises, include any restrictions on access, working hours or equipment shutdowns. For a home, tell us which rooms are affected and how the indoor and outdoor units can be reached.

How service records help →

A repair investigation is different from a service.

Routine maintenance looks after equipment through an agreed set of checks and cleaning. A fault investigation focuses on a reported problem and may involve different work, parts or another visit.

Let us know about a fault before making a service booking. We’ll explain what is included and how any additional work would be quoted.

Useful details, safely gathered

Help us arrive
better informed.

From normal, safe access, note the control mode and set temperature, any error code, when the symptoms occur and whether one or several units are affected. There’s no need to investigate inside the equipment.

Have the make, model, previous reports and any photos you already have ready. Photos can show the unit, control display or a visible leak. You can send these by email; our enquiry form accepts a written description.

Do not remove covers, reach inside units, climb to photograph equipment or repeatedly reset a fault. If there is smoke, a burning smell or water near electrical parts, stop using the system and seek prompt professional advice.

Questions before booking

Can you diagnose the fault from an error code?

An error code is useful evidence, but it may not identify the underlying cause on its own. Share it with the make, model and symptoms so we can advise on the appropriate next step.

Will the repair be completed during the first visit?

That depends on the findings, available parts and access. We agree the initial investigation scope and charge before booking, then explain any further work or separate visit needed.

Can you help if another company installed the system?

Send us the equipment details and any records you have. We’ll check the system and scope you need help with before confirming whether we can arrange a visit.

What does a repair cost?

The cost depends on the fault, equipment and access. We discuss the assessment charge before booking and quote additional work as needed; an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.

Considering repair or replacement?

Age alone does not decide whether a system should be replaced. Its condition, fault history, available parts and suitability for the space all matter.
