Air conditioning behind joinery

A discreet finish starts with a coordinated design.

Example: Daikin FNA-A9. Equipment choice depends on your home, requirements and survey. We can discuss alternatives across Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic and Samsung.

What you see

Purpose-designed grilles and joinery can form the visible finish, with the indoor chassis hidden behind them. Daikin FNA-A9 is an example of a concealed floor-standing range.

What needs to be hidden

Allow space for the selected unit, pipework, drainage and connections. Supply and return air paths need to be designed for the equipment, with enough space for servicing and eventual removal.

Plan the cabinet with us

Agree the grille sizes, free area, air paths and removable access panels before joinery is made. The illustration is a room concept, not a cabinet construction drawing. Do not simply put a standard finished wall unit or console inside a cupboard.

What affects the price

Custom joinery, grilles, connections and access arrangements add design and building-work considerations. The quotation must say who provides each element and whether decoration and making good are included.
