We can discuss two, four or another suitable number of visits per year, based on operating hours, equipment and site conditions. Any required statutory inspections must be identified separately; the number of maintenance visits alone does not establish compliance.
A clear written proposal
Your quotation will identify the equipment, visit frequency, work included, price, VAT, payment terms and exclusions. Repairs and call-outs are separate unless expressly included. Ask us for a residential or commercial proposal.
