The checks we can include
Your agreed scope can cover accessible filter and coil cleaning, drainage checks, inspection of indoor and outdoor units, and operating checks. We record findings and explain any further work recommended.
One-off or planned visits
A one-off visit addresses your current servicing needs. Planned preventative maintenance puts an agreed programme in the diary, based on equipment, usage and conditions.
Planning visits together
Booking ahead gives us more opportunity to group nearby visits and reduce unnecessary travel. Ask whether a planned schedule offers a better price for your system; any saving will be set out in your quotation.
Know what is included
Repairs, parts, refrigerant, specialist deep cleaning, access equipment and call-outs are included only where expressly agreed. We confirm additional work before proceeding.
Autumn servicing and indoor-unit deep cleaning
After summer use, ask us to assess the condition of the indoor unit, including the fan or blower wheel (sometimes called the scroll), coil and drainage. Where needed, we can quote for a professional deep clean to remove accumulated dirt and mould from affected accessible components, using methods suitable for the equipment. Deep cleaning is separate from a standard service unless expressly included. Cleaning cannot guarantee that mould will not return; moisture, operating conditions and ongoing care also matter. Leave dismantling and internal cleaning to an engineer. If you use your system for winter heating, tell us so that the maintenance plan reflects year-round use.
