Plan around your business
We discuss occupancy, working hours, existing equipment, access restrictions and any proposed layout changes. If work needs to be phased or carried out outside trading hours, agree the programme and any extra costs in advance. No interruption-free installation is promised.
Care after handover
Ask about a maintenance plan based on equipment, operating hours and the environment. The quotation should define the visits, scope and exclusions. Cooling and heating design, fresh-air requirements and any specialist process loads need to be assessed as separate parts of the brief.
Larger or multiple spaces?
Tell us which areas need to operate together and which need separate control. The number of indoor units, outdoor arrangements, electrical supply, controls and operating modes must be designed together. Specialist environments and business-critical cooling need a separate brief.
Compare the complete scope
Assess the installed proposal, controls, building work, service access and ongoing care as well as the equipment cost. Any operating-cost estimate needs stated usage and tariff assumptions.
